The Fremont Unified School District (FUSD) is made up of 44 schools serving preschool-12th grade with approximately 33,000 students in grades TK-12. Requirements / Qualifications

2 Letters of Recommendation Transcripts or Diplomas outlining the required 12 semester hours of community college or technical school related course work in accounting, finance, computer technology, business or a related field.

Education: Equivalent to graduation from high school and supplemented by twelve (12) semester hours of community college or technical school related course work in accounting, finance, computer technology, business or a related field. Experience: Three years of experience in performing technical or office accounting or bookkeeping support. One additional year of experience may be substituted for the required twelve (12) educational units. Experience in a school district setting is desirable.

All applications and supplemental information will be reviewed to determine the candidates whose training and experience most closely match the requirements of the position. Those who pass the initial screening will be invited to participate in the testing process which may include written, oral and/or performance exams. The testing results will determine the rank of the candidates and staff will prepare an eligibility list. Selection will be made from the top three ranks on the list.
