If this is you, Springs invites you to apply for our full-time positions as an Instructional Aide working with our Virtual Village program. This position qualifies for full health and wellness benefits, training and professional development and CalPERS retirement! The Virtual Village Instructional Aide will meet with small groups and teachers whom they directly work with in a virtual setting. We are looking for Instructional Aides to work with TK-8 students. Qualified candidates should have experience with TK-8 students and have a genuine belief in the ability of each child. They should demonstrate commitment to collaboration and an interest in and willingness to utilize learning strategies that personalize instruction. See job description for more information.
