They assist school administration with the monitoring of instructional progress of assigned schools by grade/content areas to determine areas of need and develop a plan for support. Instructional Coaches support teachers in the effective use of district-adopted textbooks, technology, and resource materials. Additionally, they engage in problem solving, with teachers, support staff, and administrators, through continuous planning, designing, testing, evaluation, and re-calibration of teaching methods.
