Job Summary

Santa Rosa de Lima Catholic School is looking for a teacher who is committed to working in a faith-based community, enthusiastic about learning and achieving goals, resourceful, flexible, hard-working, team-player, with a growth mindset for him/herself and students. Responsibilities include designing and implementing ADLA and CA standard-based lessons, planning school masses (each grade is in charge of a month), utilizing formative and summative assessments to drive and differentiate instruction, having strong communication with parents, strong classroom management skills, and being able to integrate technology in daily instructions. Requirements / Qualifications

-Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in education -CA teaching credential or enrolled in a CA teaching credential program -Technology skills (familiarity with iPads, Google Classroom, Seesaw, ClassDojo) and ability to integrate technology into instruction -Practicing Catholic and knowledge of the teachings of the Catholic Church -Catechetical Certification (or willingness to complete this certification) -Virtus trained and fingerprinted through the ADLA (or willingness to complete this process) -Have current CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to complete this certification) -Have excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
