Position: High School Math Teacher
Location: Pacific Bay Christian School, Pacifica, CA - (20-minute drive from San Francisco)

Responsibilities:
- Teach high school math with expertise and excellence, fostering intellectual rigor and problem-solving skills in students.
- Implement effective pedagogical practices that engage and inspire students to explore the beauty and relevance of mathematics.
- Demonstrate learning with relevant applications, connecting mathematical concepts to real-world scenarios and challenges.
- Foster a classroom environment that celebrates diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, ensuring that all students feel valued and supported.
- Model a balanced life of faith, wisdom, and service, inspiring students to approach their studies with integrity and purpose.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Valid teaching credential or certification in math preferred.
- Experience teaching high school math courses, including Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, PreCalculus, AP Calculus, or AP Statistics.
- Strong knowledge of math curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
