Iovine and Young Center will open in August 2022 as a magnet high school on the campus of Audubon MS in Leimert Park with a theme of Integrated Design, Technology and Entrepreneurship. The school will operate on a 4 x 4 bell schedule starting with grades 9 and 10 with the remaining grades added in subsequent school years. Iovine and Young Center (IYC) will be modeled after the USC Iovine and Young Academy employing a uniquely integrated design, business, and technology curriculum to supplement and enhance traditional A-G subject matter in an effort to empower the next generation of thought leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs. For students of IYC, the curriculum will provide new career paths and opportunities as well as increased access to top college programs through a cutting-edge college prep curriculum, and enhanced learning programs that focus on critical and creative thinking, analysis and application.
