PACE Stipend: For the 2022/2023 school year, CSEA unit members will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend to be paid in June if they acquire their ProAct Certification and are assigned to PACE Academy.

Signing Bonus for New Hires during the 2022/23 School Year: For the 2022/23 school year, the District will offer a $500 signing bonus to all newly hired unit members during the 2022/23 school year. Unit members will be paid $250, in their first 2022/23 paycheck. The remining $250 will be paid in their 6th month of employment, if the unit member is still in active paid status and has not submitted a resignation at the time of payroll submission. New hire is defined, as someone not currently employed in a permanent position and that has not previously received a signing bonus.
