Requirements / Qualifications
Applicants interested in the position must possess a Master’s Degree (or higher) from an accredited university/college with major coursework in counseling, psychology, education, or a closely related field. Current and valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential is required. Possession of a current and valid MFT/LCSW/LPCC/LEP license is preferred. If applicant is not in possession of a PPS Credential at the time of application, the appropriate Plan to Complete Form must be attached in order to be considered. A link to the Plan to Complete Pupil Personnel Services Credential Form can be found on the right hand side of this posting.
Applicant must also, electronically, attach the following minimum requirements: - An online EdJoin application - Three (3) current Letters of Recommendation dated within 18 months of application date - Philosophy of Education Statement - Plan to Complete PPS Credential Form - Current resume - Copy of transcripts (unofficial are accepted) - Copy of CBEST - CUSD employees must submit credentials and transcripts not currently on file **CELL PHONE PHOTO COPIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED**
