These are 10 month positions and hours will vary but cannot exceed 3.75 hours/day. Training and Experience: A good work history which demonstrates dependability and reliability. Interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy. Basic written and spoken English. Ability to: Establish and maintain professional relationships and conduct with staff, students, and parents. Supervise and discipline students according to approved policies and procedures. Work in a cooperative manner with administrators, teachers, students, parents, and other duty staff. Serve as a model and work with students in a manner that promotes positive student cooperation and motivation. Use sound judgment in dealing with daily problems, concerns and solving conflict. Communicate in a clear concise manner to students, administrators, teachers, parents and other duty staff. Understand and carry out instructions from administrators or other school personnel.
