Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, perform a variety of secretarial and diversified clerical duties in support of an assigned department; assist in coordinating the flow of department related communications, correspondence and information; provide secretarial support to relieve the Director and department supervisors of clerical and administrative detail.

Requirements / Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Education: High School graduate or the equivalent. Proof required at time of employment. Experience: Three years of increasingly responsible clerical or secretarial experience. Any combination of training and/or experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities may be considered. Testing: Passing scores on District Clerical tests: Secretary, Proofreading, Letter Formatting and a typing/keyboarding speed of 45 WPM, within the last three (3) years. Other: Bilingual/Spanish desired.
