Under the supervision of the Director of Employee Relations (DER), the Regional HR Manager (RHRM) is responsible for providing HR services for one or more regions at Aspire. As a support to both supervisors and teammates, RHRM serves as a key leader in the region by ensuring the following is implemented, but not limited to: compliance, mitigate/eliminate risk, maintain and enhance work cultural and atmosphere, assisting with policy development and interpretation, performance management, and ensuring the implementation of fair, consistent, and equitable practices throughout the region.
