Modesto City Schools is a Pre-K through 12th grade district, serving approximately 30,000 students. The District is one of the largest employers in Stanislaus County, with over 3,200 employees. It is divided into three divisions: Business Services, Educational Services and Human Resources. Two (2) years accounting, bookkeeping, clerical, secretarial experience performing complex work tasks; Graduation from High School or General Education Development (GED) Certificate or California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE) Certificate; Modesto City Schools Clerical Assessment Certificate. In order to be considered for this position, you MUST attach the Modesto City Schools Clerical Assessment Certificate. To obtain this, you must sign up for, take and pass the Modesto City Schools Clerical Assessment. You may sign up for the Assessment by clicking on the "Clerical Assessment Registration" link also found under "Links Related To This Job". Upon receiving a passing score, you will receive a Certificate which you will need to upload to your application.
