Requirements / Qualifications
Pursuant to the State Public Health Officer Order of August 11, 2021 affecting all tk-12 public and private school employees, all El Dorado County Office of Education employees and substitutes are required to either provide evidence of COVID-19 vaccination or participate in weekly COVID-19 testing. *** EDCOE is located 20 minutes from the Sacramento County Line!*** This recruitment will be used to form an eligibility list. The eligibility list will be active for a period of six months and will be utilized to fill current and future vacancies in this classification. Our current vacancies are with our CI&A Program (1 vacancy) and our SELPA Program (1 vacancy). Please see links below for more information about these programs. Job Purpose Statement: Under general direction of the Program Director, perform difficult and varied coordinating and secretarial duties in relieving the director of administrative, technical, accounting, and clerical details. - Experience: Two years of increasingly responsible secretarial experience including office and/or project management. - Education: Education at a level to demonstrate the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described.
