The district is broken into four areas called quadrants. Students have the opportunity to choose any school within the quadrant in which they live based on their interest AND still have transportation provided. The Board of the Victor Elementary School District announces an opening for the position of District Superintendent as the current Superintendent is retiring. The Board invites an empathetic, people-oriented educational leader with a track record of success to apply. The Board seeks a Visionary, Collaborative, Hands-on, CEO to continue a culture of award-winning educational excellence by first establishing trust through pro-active staff relations. Someone who is committed to the growth and improvement of those being led by being fair and impartial. The District has a history of valuing Superintendent stability and the Board desires a long-term relationship with the selected candidate with a starting date of February 1, 2022.

Appropriate Administrative Credential Master's Degree Experience as a Classroom Teacher Experience as a Site Level Principal Experience as a Superintendent or District Level Administrator Earned Doctorate from an accredited university is desired.
