Requirements / Qualifications

10 HOURS PER WEEK Possess a current California teaching credential as required by the State of California and NCLB requirements. Bachelor's degree in ASL or related discipline. Three (3) years of professional experience related to the course taught. Please attach a resume, letter of introduction, and three letters of recommendation. Will need to pass Criminal Justice Fingerprinting and TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire or TB Test prior to hire. Part-time position 1-2 days per week Up to 10 hours per week

10 HOURS PER WEEK Facilitate and oversee student success in academics and interpersonal skills by implementing State aligned curriculum, assigning and documenting teaching and student progress/activities/outcomes, addressing specific educational needs of students, advising of and providing for appropriate and applicable information and resources, being the primary contact and purveyor of information between parent/guardian and school and providing feedback to students, parents, guardians, and administration related to Career Technical Education services. Previous successful teaching experience in an independent study & on line programs preferred.
