Required Documents * Current and valid CA license as a Registered Dietician with Commission on Dietetic Registration * Graduate degree from an accredited institution and official transcripts * Live Scan fingerprint clearance * TB Test prior to employment, and every two (2) years thereafter (every 4 years for chest x-ray) * Must pass a physical examination at the time of hire, and every 2 years thereafter. * Valid California Driver's License * Provide proof of the following immunizations as required: Measles, Pertussis (Whooping Cough) and Influenza
