After School Program Coordinator

The After School Program Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the elementary after school program. 

The coordinator develops, supervises and implements daily activities for students that include:

• Homework assistance/tutoring
• Outdoor games, sports and other activities that promote physical fitness
• Elective activities such as art, cooking, music, foreign langauge, etc.

Desired Qualifications

• Enthusiasm to support a young and growing after school program
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Experience working with school-aged children in a school/recreational program environment
• Familiarity tutoring or assiting student learning
• Skills in leading actities that include performing and visual arts, cooking, gardening, music, crafts, sports or the teaching of a foreign language and culture
• TB Test and DOJ finger printing clearance (mandatory)
