Requirements / Qualifications

Pursuant to the State Public Health Officer Order of August 11, 2021 affecting all tk-12 public and private school employees, all El Dorado County Office of Education employees and substitutes are required to either provide evidence of COVID-19 vaccination or participate in weekly COVID-19 testing. Will establish and maintain climates of invitation that meets the developmental needs of attending children, including, but not limited to: academic, creative arts, outdoor recreation activities, promotes safety, social, emotional, cognitive and linguistic, and physical activities. Facilitates student success in academic, social, creative and interpersonal skills through a planned program; responsible for overall site operations, and provides a safe and optimal learning environment. Embraces the philosophy and mission statements of the El Dorado County Office of Education Charter Alternative Programs and Extended Day. Distinguishing characteristics: Responsible for overall site operation and communication to staff, site administration, clients, and El Dorado County Office of Education Charter Alternative Programs and Extended Day to ensure the success of the site program. Exemplifies a commitment and enthusiasm for lifelong learning for self and clients.
