Eligibility Requirements: - Experience with supporting and coaching teachers - Clear Teaching Credential in the content areas: Multiple Subject, Single Subject, Special Education, Industry Sector for CTE - English Learner Authorization - Bachelor's Degree required - Master's Degree preferred Attributes: - Adult Development (prioritizing the growth of teachers) - Relationship Building (caring, trusting, and supporting relationships) - Motivating and Mobilizing (facilitating the growth and achievement of teachers) - Supervising and Monitoring Teaching and Learning (enhancing teacher effectiveness to support the mission of the school) - Resource Utilization (modeling effective methods to increase community and parent involvement)

Seeking referrals from districts for effective practicum supervisors to support IMPACT Intern Teachers in Fresno, Kern, Kings, and Tulare Counties.
