  • Certificate Copy (Child Development Permit or Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential)
  • Copy of Transcript (Completed 12 college units in Child Development or Early Child Development including core classes, one year experience in child care.)
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (2 Letter of Recomendation (One professional and One Personal))
  • Resume
