Requirements / Qualifications

*Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis or related fields *Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) *Valid California Pupil Personnel Services credential in Special Education or School Psychology *Valid California Driver's License and evidence of insurability Two years successful behavior related experience in a California School District or County School Office. Experience assessing student functional capabilities, conducting presentations, performing research; developing and implementing progress monitoring systems; data collection and data analysis.

If selected, required fingerprint verification at an approximate cost of $47 to the employee, proof of TB clearance (within 4 years) at employee’s cost or a "Certificate of Completion" signed by a licensed health care provider for the Adult TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire, and a Certificate of Completion for the CA Mandated Reporter Training.
