Job Summary
The Board of Trustees of the Fairfax School District are seeking a superintendent with strong school district and community leadership skills who is committed to academic excellence for all students. The superintendent shall serve as the educational leader and chief administrator for the district. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with exceptional communications skills who, along with the Board, will collaboratively lead the District to an academically exceptional and fiscally stable future.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education: Appropriate Administrative credential. Master’s degree in Administration/Education from an accredited college or university. Experience: Minimum of three years successful elementary teaching experience. Minimum of three years school site and/or district-level administrative experience required.
