The Napa County Office of Education (NCOE) is a public agency that provides academic services and enrichment opportunities for students, teachers and the community, as well as critical business services for school districts. NCOE partners with the five public school districts in Napa County on a variety of programs and issues. NCOE also operates numerous federal and state grants including a robust AmeriCorps program and state-wide projects supporting Special Education students. We would love to have you consider joining our Substitute Teacher Team. The Napa County Office of Education maintains the County-Wide substitute list for all six (6) districts in Napa County: Calistoga Joint Unified School District, Howell Mountain Elementary School District, Napa County Office of Education, Napa Valley Unified School District, Pope Valley Union School District, and St. Helena Unified School District. Please note that each district is considered a separate employer and will pay the substitute individually. We permit our substitutes to work as little or as much as they want with no limit to the number of hours per month.
