Applicants who are already certified as Registered Behavior Technicians at the time of hire will receive a $300.00 bonus after successfully completing the introductory period for new employees. Our Fresno Team works 1:1 every day to change the future for our clients ages 18 months and older providing direct therapy to assist with educational, communication, social and behavioral goals. Programs are located a client's homes in the Madera and Fresno area. Drive time and mileage may be paid depending on location you are traveling to. These positions are part time, shifts are scheduled Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM- 6:30 PM with some Saturdays as needed. Applicants do not need to have a background in special education to apply! Full paid training is provided with pay raises as soon as 3 months of employment. The initial one-week training will take place at our Stockton Center based site. Basic requirements to apply: · Must be at least 18 years of age · Must have at least 48 college units completed at time of application · Reliable transportation · Driver’s license and auto insurance. Daily travel is required for this position. · Must be able to frequently run, walk, lift and stand for long periods of time. · Must be able to provide a negative TB test, and proof of immunizations at hire. · Full availability (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-6:30 PM with some Saturday mornings as needed) is highly preferred, but 12:00 PM- 6:30 PM with some Saturdays as needed is required.
