Requirements / Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred - Prior experience coaching Track at the High School or collegiate Level Preferred - Prior running track at the High School and/or Collegiate Level.
Valid CPR and First Aid certifications from an American Heart Association or American Red Cross approved, in-person course is required. No online certificates will be accepted. If selected to coach, the following items will be required prior to clearance: 1) Attain the "Fundamentals of Coaching Certificate" through the NFHS website $50. 2) Unless you hold a valid teaching credential/or 30-Day Substitute Permit, you will need to attain an ASCC (Activity Supervisor Clearance Certificate) through the CTC website $102.50. 3) Fingerprints $64- $101. 4) TB Screening $12.
