Requirements / Qualifications

Applicants must hold California Teaching Credential, a California Substitute Permit, or meet the qualifications to apply for a California Substitute Permit, which are as follows: - BA/BS Degree or 90 Semester Units (you must also be currently enrolled at a 4 year university). - Passage of CBEST - Fingerprint Clearance by MCOE - Completed California Substitute Permit Application Form Provided by the Merced County Office of Education
