The impact you will have: Directors in San José Unified are leaders who work with diverse teams in the development and execution of strategies, processes, and programs in support of San José Unified’s strategic plan. With 3.3 million square feet of facilities across over 40 properties, the Director of Maintenance is critical to ensuring that all facilities are safe, clean, and providing an effective learning and working environment for San José Unified’s 28,000 students and 2,900 employees. The Director of Maintenance is responsible for shipping, receiving, facility maintenance, grounds maintenance, and property security.
