A signed and dated online edjoin application 2. A letter describing personal qualifications and interest in the position 3. A résumé detailing educational preparation, experience, and achievements 4. Four (4) letters of recommendation dated within the last year 5. A list of five professional references 6. Evidence of appropriate credentials The screening team will consider written rationale explaining why certain application materials are not included in an application packet.
