Job Summary
Start Date: May 19, 2025 Summary: Serves as the District Office Administration for clerical, account support to the staff utilizing advanced computer skills. To assist the Fiscal Assistant (AP-Payroll), CBO, and Superintendent with the general accounting duties in order to contribute to the efficient operation of the Business Office.
Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree; Experience in accounting is highly desirable, and experience in a school setting is preferred. OTHER: Must have the ability to use a ten-key calculator, communicate, and interact with staff, students, parents, and the general public in an open, friendly, business-like manner. Must have an eye for detail, a need for precision, and a desire to learn.
