• Minimum of a Master’s Degree conferred in behavior analysis or other natural science, education, human services, medicine or a field related to behavior analysis. • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) granted by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board • Experience working in school programs or with pediatric populations is preferred

The School Steps Team is growing! We have an exciting opportunity for a positive, motivated, and experienced BCBA looking for daytime hours in a school setting, in Honolulu, HI. If you’re looking to use your experience and skills to help drive progress, deliver outcomes and empower children, families and teachers then you found the right place! We are currently expanding our ABA team and have incredible full and part-time BCBA career opportunities available to deliver quality services to children in a K-12 school program. Our BCBAs will supervise teams of RBTs assigned to students throughout the day on school campuses.
