  • Credential Copy (Proof of valid, current, and appropriate California teaching credential as a PDF print out from CTC (copy should reflect dates of issuance and expiration))
  • English Learner Authorization (If not embedded in credential, provide a copy of CLAD, CTEL or equivalent)
  • Letter of Introduction
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three (3) current, professional letters of recommendation (at least one from a direct supervisor))
  • Resume
  • Test Results/Materials (Test Results/Materials, if applicable (CTC approved subject matter authorization exam scores such as the CSET, MSAT, NTE, CTEL, Praxis or equivalent))
