Scappoose School District Scappoose, Oregon Invites applications for the position of Superintendent The Scappoose School District Board of Directors is seeking an educational leader with an outstanding record of achievement to serve as Superintendent beginning July 1, 2019. The School Board anticipates offering an annual base salary in the range of $130,000 to $145,000 plus benefits for the position. Scappoose School District is located along the Columbia River about 20 miles west of Portland and just over the hill from Oregon’s high tech Silicon Forest in Beaverton and Hillsboro.
