- Test Results/Materials (CBEST if held or Basic Skills Exam equivalent with passing score. If applicant has not taken or passed basic skills requirement a waiver can be granted for one year, with proof of Bachelor's Degree.)
- 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit (If CA Credential and or permit is not held, applicant must hold the minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree for Sub Waiver)
