Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and experience working with children. College coursework in psychology, elementary education, child growth and development may be substituted for experience. - Requirements specified under Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). Special qualifications supported by Title I funds include: o Completed at least two years of study at an institution of higher education or, o Obtained an associate’s or higher degree (college level) or, Paraeducator o Take and pass the Paraeducator test offered by our school district

Bilingual required, (Spanish and English) **
** If able to speak Spanish to English or English to Spanish but NOT able to write Spanish to English or English to Spanish then no 2.5% stipend will be awarded.
