The following will be required if selected for employment: $74.00 Fingerprint Fee T.B. Test MMR vaccine (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) DTP vaccine (Whooping Cough) Physical Examination CPR/First Aide Must be eligible to obtain a valid CA Child Development Permit. Please refer to Leaflet CL-797 on CTC.CA.GOV ( https://www.ctc.ca.gov/docs/default-source/leaflets/cl797.pdf ) Applicants must add any required or additional documents to their application as an attachment through Edjoin. Please do not mail, email, or fax documents to our office as they will NOT be included in your application.
