About the Employer
The California College Guidance Initiative (CCGI) works to smooth the path to college and career for all California students, especially those who have been underrepresented in higher education. We manage CaliforniaColleges.edu, the State of California's official college and career planning platform, which serves as a crucial component of the state's Cradle-to-Career System tools for students and parents. Through a combination of data-driven tools and infrastructure, student-focused curricula and building districts’ capacity to manage and use student data, we remove obstacles to student success and help create a clearer pathway between K-12 and higher education. Requirements / Qualifications

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Information Technology or related field, with 2 or more years of relevant experience. Commensurate work experience and demonstrated competency without a degree will also be considered.
- Familiarity with K-12 data sets, as well as UC and CSU ‘a-g’ undergraduate eligibility requirements desirable, but not required.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience managing a team including setting goals and performance standards.
