Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Total Education Solutions and The Institute for the Redesign of Learning

BCBA Description We are currently seeking to hire a strong and independent full-time and part-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). As a BCBA at TES, you be responsible for supervising our growing team of passionate and dedicated Behavior providers. This will include participating staff development and training initiatives, monitoring and coordinating IEP processes such as developing behavior treatment goals and assessments for clients, and addressing school or client concerns regarding services. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to: •Creating and monitoring client treatment plans •Providing direct services to clients •Providing field supervision to Behavior Intervention staff Working Environment: TES Behavior Therapy services are typically provided in school, clinic, and in-home settings. Therefore the BCBA will be providing field based services within these settings at least at an estimated 75% rate. Qualified candidates will possess the following requirements: •BCBA certification •Master’s Degree in field related Education, Special Education, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis or other related field •Strong Background in applying principles of ABA •Minimum of 3 years of experience working with students/clients with special needs •Familiarity with IEP processes This position requires that employees use independent clinical judgment, well-developed communication skills, and be team and client focused.
