The Executive Director (General), Software Development and Enterprise Systems is accountable for improving student achievement with special attention on English Learners and Special Education Students through the effective management of the assigned area; plan, organize, direct and oversee the overall functioning and management of assigned department(s) of the District which may include budgeting, planning, staffing resource allocation, and customer services and support; collaborate with other departments and offices to effectively carry out the business functions of the assigned department; provide timely support and assistance to district leaders, site leaders, and other staff as needed to meet District goals; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel and provide clear, constructive feedback in support of professional learning to improve staff effectiveness.

Comments and Other Information
10+ years as a leader over software development producing enterprise-class solutions, including application development, testing and support
5+ years' experience with Microsoft MVC, .Net, SQL and Sharepoint development
5+ years as a manager over 50+ staff
5+ years' experience leading application architecture and design across multiple technology platforms using Agile and other rapid development processes
Experience with developing and managing applications for both web and mobile
Experience with DevOPS tools, including testing automation and continuous deployment
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Degree in Computer Science or SEI Certification
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of data analysis and data mining
Valid California Driver License
