Placement for 2018/2019 school year. - Copy of California Education Specialist Instruction Credential for - Adapted Physical Education is required. - (EL) English Language Authorization or equivalent required - As a condition of initial employment, all new hires must have a clear tuberculin exam within the past 60 days prior to beginning work with Fremont Unified School District.

  • Copy of Transcript (From BA/BS and beyond (upon hire, original transcripts are required))
  • Letter of Introduction (Prepared to the attention of: Sherry Strausbaugh, Director Certificated Personnel, Fremont Unified School District, 4210 Technology Drive, Fremont, CA 94538)
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three (3) Letters (within 2 years of application date) from educators, at least one from administrator or supervisor)
  • Resume
  • Test Results/Materials (Copy of CBEST Results, and Copy of PRAXIS, SSAT, MSAT, or CSET)

The Special Services department and Administrators will contact highly qualified applicants. Candidates should not contact department directly to request employment.
