Copy of Valid California Multiple Subjects Credential Resume Cover Letter Copies of all college and credential transcripts Preferred: Two letters of reference dated within the past 5 years

In your introduction cover letter, please elaborate on your current experience with ELA and Math Common Core State Standards and instructional technology skills. The District will pay the cost of the following fees in order for the applicant to meet the requirements to be eligible for and receive a 30-day Emergency Substitute Permit or a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential: California Basic Education Skills Test (CBEST) in reading, math, and writing California Commission on Teaching Credentialing (CTC) initial issuance of credential Applicants who have completed a basic skills proficiency test outside of California, please contact the District office to determine if the test will be accepted by the CTC for credentialing purposes. You may view additional information on out of state basic skills tests accepted by the CTC on their webiste at http://www.ctc.ca.gov/credentials/leaflets/cl667.pdf. See the CTC website as this information is subject to change. If the applicant is applying for a multiple subject credential, all other requirements as defined by the CTC must be met prior to submission of the fee costs by the District. It is the applicant's responsibility to register for the CBEST and compile all CTC application materials. Fee payments will be issued directly to the respective organizations.
