Description:
Self-care for teachers is an interactive workshop where participants will examine, explore, and rehearse several specific tools (literal and figurative) that are designed to be interwoven into one’s daily practice to support better physical and mental health and combat stress. Ranging from mini meditations, to micro breaks, and from mindset resets to body smarts, each participant will walk away from the workshop having experienced a host of realistic yet powerful strategies to care for themselves while remaining present in the classroom and focused on the students. Please join us for a jam-packed, interactive, personally and professionally empowering 90 minutes.
