High school diploma or equivalent Current First Aid/CPR certificate

Online courses for CPR/First Aid are NOT acceptable

  • CPR/First Aid Certification (Online courses not accepted)
  • Copy of Transcript (HS Transcripts)
  •      OR Proof of HS Graduation (HS Diploma, GED, or Bachelors' Degree)

Proof of diplomas, degrees, certificates, licenses, letters of recommendation, transcripts, etc. required for this position must be submitted with the application.
