Job Summary

This position is an 8 hr 5 days a week on a 205-day calendar. Please Note: This position is funded through Restricted (categorical) Head Start Funds and positions may be renewed thereafter based on availability of funds.

Experience/Education/Certification: • Possession of a valid Child Development Teacher Permit • Holds a BA/BS in Child Development/Early Childhood Education or related field, inclusive of 24 ECE units. • Holds and maintains 15 hours certification of Pediatric First Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Health and Safety upon hire • Has at least 3 units of infant/toddler coursework • Previous successful teaching experience with infants and toddlers

  • CPR/First Aid Certification (Proof of Current Pedriatic Certificate)
  • Credential Copy (Proof of Child Dev Permit (or be eligible for a child development teacher permit.(PLEASE SUBMIT COPY OF CREDENTIAL WITH DOCUMENT#) )
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation ((*Three Dated and Signed Current Letters of Reccomendation-Current is 2023-2024 to present) ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.)
  • Other (Proof of BA/BS Degree Posted on transcripts)
