Under the supervision of the site administrator and the direction of a specific certificated staff member, a special education Paraeducator performs the necessary duties to assist in the planning and implementation of a program for a specific needs child. Positions assigned to this class may be found in a variety of instructional settings including the classroom, playground and lunch areas.
