- Six (6) years of increasingly responsible leadership and technology support experience in information technology - Bachelor’s degree from a regionally or nationally accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in computer science, information management system, Computer Information System (CIS), Information Technology (IT), business administration or a related field - Planning, organizing, and developing IT security and facility security system technologies in a public agency setting - Valid California Driver's License - Insurability by the district's liability insurance carrier - Maintain state minimum liability insurance coverage - Please read "Job Description/Essential Elements" above to review additional qualifications for this position. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION: - Current Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certificate or equivalent industry certification (i.e. Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), preferred.
