Skilled in at least three major trade areas and be able to perform at journeyman level in one trade to include, but not limited to, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, roofing, asphalt and HVAC maintenance. Must take and pass required progressive District Maintenance testing and possess a valid CA driver license. Must take and pass District Maintenance II test and possess a valid CA driver license. Refer to the Job Description for full duties of this position.
