Must possess or be eligible for a California Administrative Credential

To apply, please submit the following: (1) Letter of Intent (2) Resume (3) Copy of credential(s) (4) Copy of transcripts (5) Three current (within last year) signed letters of reference. Additional Notes regarding salary placement: (1) Placement and advancement on the salary schedule for management team members is made upon recommendation of the Superintendent and approval of the Board. (2) Management employees will receive an annual stipend of $5,748. (3) District approved Master and Doctoral Degrees will receive a $2,291 stipend annually. (4) Administrators who have completed four years of experience as a Certificated Administrator or Classified Manager (either through direct VCPUSD experience or up to four years granted from previous experience in another district) qualify for longevity increments. A $1,822 stipend is granted to management employees at the start of their fifth (5th), eighth (8th), eleventh (11th), and fourteenth (14th) years of Management service.
