      3121 ALTERNATIVE SOCIAL SECURITY PLAN (FICA) (Applies to ALL NEW part-time classified employees working less than (4) hours per day) Contributions to the 3121 Alternative Social Security Plan made by the District and all new part-time employees will take the place of contributions to Social Security (FICA).
