Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree desirable. • Possession of a valid California Administrative Credential; or be enrolled in a California Administrative Intern program at an accredited university/college and be able to provide a letter from the university of same. • Three or more years of successful experience in a public-school setting. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate with and relate to multi-ethnic populations. • Knowledge of current instructional practices. • Possession of a valid Motor Vehicle Operator's License.

          Under the direction of the site principal, to manage and supervise an instructional program; to assist in the planning, development and implementation of policies, regulations, guidelines, and procedures pertaining to student instruction, student discipline, attendance, student activities, and supervision; to review, monitor, and coordinate the functions and activities of the instructional staff; and to coordinate categorical program services with the core curriculum.
