Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Middle School Volleyball Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing young athletes, strong coaching abilities, and a minimum of three years of coaching experience in a middle school or high school setting. Responsibilities: *Lead and organize effective Volleyball practices, Monday-Thursday in the afternoons, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and game strategies. *Provide guidance, mentorship, and positive reinforcement to middle school boys, fostering their growth as both individuals and athletes. *Plan and execute game strategies during regular season games. *Collaborate with the athletic director to create a positive and supportive team environment. *Ensure the safety and well-being of players during practices and games. Requirements: *Minimum of three years of coaching experience in a middle school or high school setting. *In-depth knowledge of basketball fundamentals, rules, and strategies. *Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with student-athletes and parents. *Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes to achieve their full potential. *Availability for afternoon practices from Monday through Thursday, as well as flexibility for games throughout the season. *Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.All applicants should be CPR/First Aide certified.
